	A new kind of retreat has arrived in South Australia: Essence in Spring, masterminded by Soul Enterprises. Situated at The Producers in McLaren Vale, this two-day escape combined luxurious accommodation with local, organic, seasonal produce and a program of dynamic speakers on a range of spiritual and wellbeing topics. 	Miss Psychette presented twice over the weekend in beautiful surrounds overlooking the vineyards. Her final presentation, ‘The Fifth Dimension’, covered the history of earth covering Lemuria, Atlantis, Avalon, cave men, the Ancient World, the Dark Ages, Renaissance and through to the present: Generations Y, Z, A, the Return of the Goddess, and some projections into the future.
	Adelaide ‘Love God’ Jane Donovan kicked off the weekend talking about love and relationships in a spiritual context.
	Touring the ‘biological’ property where grapes, chickens and fruit, nut and olive trees are harvested abundantly.
	Breakfast: homemade muesli, free range eggs, organic fruit and much more.
	Untangling in a group exercise led by Andrea Peterson from Women in Balance, encouraging adults to play more!
	Presenter Raelene Ng from Rae of Light with her hand-blended spiritual perfumes.
	Participants learn the secrets of Aromatherapy.
	Tobias Kelly from Advanced Wholistic Remedies delivered wonderful massages for guests and presenters alike!
	At 10pm on Saturday night, the Lodge was transformed with candles, Egyptian incense, flowers, peacock crystals, bellydancer jewellery and frankincense…
	…as Miss Psychette revealed sacred sex secrets from the Ancient World in a Candlelit Meditation.

	Dr Brett Hill guides participants through the physical, chemical and emotional stresses our bodies experience on a daily basis — and how to minimise them.
	Dinnertime: large tagines filled with Moroccan chicken, vegetables, couscous, organic salad leaves and freshly baked bread… and, of course, some of the local drop!
